Eligibility

• Miss Candidates:

  • Miss entry status: Closed

  • Must not be older than 28 years of age as of December 31st of the calendar year of the State Competition in which you could compete. 

  • Attend any of the following higher education universities

    • Students or graduates of Ancilla, Bethel, Goshen, Grace, Huntington, Indiana Wesleyan, IU – Kokomo / South Bend, IPFW, Manchester, Notre Dame, St. Francis, St. Joseph, St. Mary’s, Taylor, Trine, Valparaiso, Ivy Tech, as well as previous year titleholders or graduates from Purdue, and Ball State

• Teen Candidates:

  • Teen entry status:  Open

  • Must be at least 13 years of age as of the first day of the State Competition in which you would compete;

  • Must not be older than 18 years of age as of December 31st of the calendar year of the State Competition in which you could compete. 

How to register

1) Register with Club Miss America

Click on this Step-By-Step Guide on how to register with Club Miss America. You only need to complete Step 1 on the document one time per year, at the start of every local season. If you have alreasdy competed in a local this season, you may skip steps 1-3 on the guide. 

Every contestant needs to complete Step 4 on the Guide, which is to register for the pageant. 

2) Spotfund for the American Heart Association 

Per Step 3 on the Guide, you need to create a Spotfund account to raise $30 for the American Heart Association. If you have already competed in a local this season, you may use the same spotfund account, you just need to raise an additional $30 to the total you already have. The $30 is valid for those eligible for both the Miss Collegiate North and Miss Three Rivers titles. 

3) Complete Competition Documents

Each candidate must complete a Fact Sheet and Community Service Initiative as part of their paperwork requirements. Guidelines and Rules for those documents are linked below. Alongside these documents, each candidate will supply a headshot photo, talent description, and talent music (if applicable). Please note talent music and demonstrations are strictly limited to 90 seconds.

4) Register on Pageant Pass

Pageant Pass is your one-stop-shop to sign up for the competition. Once your paperwork is complete, everything will be uplaoded on Pageant Pass. Please use the same contact information used for Club Miss America.
You will also need to pay the $100 entry fee on Pageant Pass. Payment is due by October 4th, when registration closes.
